Keep it simple or go big, we'll help you build a package for your specific event and entertainment needs. Review our Event Design, Entertainment, and Audio/Visual packages.

MAKE A DEPOSIT

You don't need a defined itinerary, just enough information to build a basic package. Our entertainers book quickly and availability is not guaranteed. Making a deposit locks in your entertainment package on your date desired dates. In the months leading up to the event, you will still have the option to add services from the al la carte menu if you'd like to make enhancements.  

LET US START THE ENTERTAINMENT PLANNING

In the months leading up to your event we will curate the perfect group of musicians, vocalists, dancers, DJ's, sound engineers, and designers for your event. Our team will work with you to tailor musical selections that include your music & entertainment that is appropriate for your theme/venue.  Our event designers will produce a blueprint for the room, stage & lighting design that compliments your entertainment vision. We offer unlimited phone and/or email correspondence so we can stay on the same page and address any questions you may have during the planning process.

CONFIRM YOUR itinerary

After you have solidified everything with your venue, caterers, and event designers we will run through all of the logistics with our entertainment team and finalize every detail. Typically, this happens two weeks to a month before the event.

Rest assure we've got you covered. Today is your big day, there is nothing more for you to think about. Our entertainment team has designed countless luxury weddings, performed on numerous TV shows, and produced top Hollywood events.
